We all know that “To bring light to something” means to reveal or bring attention to a true nature. That’s exactly what I wanted to achieve with these photographs. Different times of the day, different people, and different moments. All of them feature a source of light; not only from the natural or artificial sources but from the subject in the photograph. They intertwine to show playfulness, curiosity, and focus. Not every subject has a face, and yet the expression and feeling still shines through.

Without the people in these photographs my own light would be dim. I wanted to show how we as human beings glow so brightly it becomes infectious. Our energies bounce off of each other creating a rainbow of connections that can’t be matched. It’s the thing that unifies us and still allows us all to be so incredibly different. These are only 8 photographs but I hope that in them you can see a small glimpse of how we all glow.
