Photography helps me express the feelings and ideas I can’t always put into words. A lot of my work focuses on people, quiet moments, and places that feel important to me. I’m drawn to emotions that are hard to explain, like loneliness, stillness, or connection, and I try to capture those feelings in my photos.
I work with both film and digital photography. Film feels more personal and hands-on, and I like that it forces me to slow down and really think before I take a photo. I don’t always plan everything out. Sometimes I just take a photo because it feels right in the moment. My inspiration comes from personal experiences, things I notice in the world, and the people around me. I especially like to experiment with things like lighting, colors, blur, and shadows.
This body of work reflects how I see the world. It represents where I am right now, not just as a photographer, but as a person figuring things out and learning how to share my perspective. I hope to keep creating photography that reflects my personality throughout.
