All teachers/families/students will have access to a Google Form to complete to assist in the identification of individuals who are in need of SEBMH support.
The Student Success Team will create and share a form to help families and students get into contact with school-based provided services.
Continued use of the backpack food program.
Creation of a local resource book for all families and teachers. (ex: food banks, counselors, what hospitals/clinics have available, etc.)
Students will complete a Google Form during the first 2-3 week of school to help the team identify and address student needs.
Use of the Digital Literacy for Wellness & Safety Student Modules via Everfi to increase safety and protect against cyber-bullying.
Student success team will continue individual/group session via Zoom in the event of student absence or continuous learning.
Increased communication between school and families regarding SEBMH status.
