The Association Body shall have the following terms of reference:
1. Develop and approve Association strategy and work plan.
2. Determine Association members’ annual nominal subscriptions.
3. Approve Association annual budget and authenticate annual final accounts.
4. Recommend the acceptance of donations, gifts and grants for the Association.
5. Make necessary arrangements to issue a scientific journal, activity proceedings and publications related to Association activities.
6. Set down necessary financial and administrative rules for good workflow in the Association.
7. Approve annual report on Association activities.
8. Conduct Association Body meetings held in member states on a periodic basis.
9. Amend Association Charter in the case of a majority for it and submit the amendment to the Federation of Arab Scientific Research Councils General Secretariat for approval.
