Association Body Meetings

The Association Body shall hold a regular meeting annually at the Association Headquarters (Princess Al Jawhara Al Ibrahim Centre for Molecular Medicine and Inherited Disorders- Arabian Gulf University).

The meeting shall be chaired by the president/director of the university, institution or centre in the country hosting the meeting. The regular meeting shall be valid in the presence of the absolute majority of the members of the Association.

Regular meetings decisions shall be made by simple majority of attending members if the agenda does not include amending the Association Charter.
