We've some very exciting plans in progress for 2021/22; including a new 'Wildlife Walk' nature trail! You can see our initial plans below, and we'll update this page in April, once our Sustainability Parent Action Group convenes to develop the plans further.

Chronology:
Winter 2020 - Action plan created (link to follow). Sustainability Parent Action Group members sought. (8 parents volunteered). Willow whips arrive. 400 tree saplings ordered for April delivery to school (one per child).
January/February 2021 - Pupil voice sought - (see across). Various charitable grants submitted for consideration. Quotes obtained for Bird Hide.
March 2021 - Site cleared of fallen branches, tree survey carried out and remedial works completed. Action plan shared with AET.
Expected next steps:
April 2021 - Parent support element to commence.
May 2021 - Grant outcomes expected (orders placed for Hide). Work begins on Wildlife Walk.
June 2021 - Installation of The Hide
July 2021 - Wildlife Walk opens to pupils.
