Welcome ~ Willkommen ~ Bienvenidos

At Albert Einstein Academies, we are delighted to welcome your child to a joyful and engaging Transitional Kindergarten experience. Our program is thoughtfully designed to nurture the whole child through meaningful play, inquiry, and relationships, creating a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

We believe that play is the work of childhood. Through purposeful, play-based learning, children explore their interests, solve problems, collaborate with others, and develop the confidence to take risks in a supportive environment. Research shows that play is one of the most effective ways for young children to build the executive functioning skills they need for future success, including planning, organizing, communicating, self-regulation, and flexible thinking.

As an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, our classrooms are guided by the IB Learner Profile, encouraging children to become caring, curious, reflective, open-minded, and principled members of our learning community. These attributes are woven throughout each day as students learn about themselves, build meaningful relationships with others, and develop an appreciation for the diverse world around them.

Our learning is organized around engaging IB Units of Inquiry, which invite children to ask questions, investigate big ideas, and make real-world connections across subject areas. Families are an essential part of this journey, and many of our classroom explorations continue at home through conversations, activities, and shared experiences that strengthen the connection between school and family life.

Together, we create a nurturing environment where every child is known, valued, and inspired to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and linguistically. Thank you for partnering with AEA as we embark on this exciting year of discovery, wonder, and learning together.

The 2026-2027 school year is underway!  Thank you for helping make this year start off on such a positive note. Your support, flexibility, and communication is so very appreciated! For class updates, be sure to connect with your child's Class Dojo account.  You will find specific information regarding each teacher's classroom on Class Dojo.

Be sure to check out our Curriculum pages (TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THIS PAGE) for resources and information about specific topics we are working on together. We will update our IB Unit pages, Zones of Regulation, and Attribute of the Month information as we move through the year.

Volunteer Information

Participating in your child's school experience as a volunteer has so many rewards! You get a chance to see your child "in action" in the classroom and on field trips, connect with your child's classmates, and support the teachers by being extra hands on deck.

Your volunteer packet application takes some time to process, but it lasts for several years. Get set up NOW and you will be all set for awhile. LINK TO VOLUNTEER APPLICATION
