Our logo, inspired by the orchid, reflects the identity of Barangay Katipunan where each purok, named after flowers, stands strong as part of a greater whole. Just like an orchid that takes time to flourish, Barangay Katipunan is growing stronger and healthier, set to become Kahimsog, Kabaskug, Katipunan!

KAHIMSOG KABASKUG KATIPUNAN is a team of nine committed Ateneo de Zamboanga University medical students assigned in Barangay Katipunan, R.T. Lim, Zamboanga Sibugay. United by a shared mission, we strive to empower the community through health education, preventive care, and sustainable initiatives.
With dedication and collaboration, we aim to strengthen Barangay Katipunan's access to quality healthcare and build a stronger, healthier future for all.

OBJECTIVES
Conducting the initial community assessments is one of the main objectives to identify the many factors affecting the health of Barangay Katipunan’s residents and collect relevant data through primary and secondary sources. This assessment helps identify the barangay’s top health concerns, providing a clear foundation for action.
The identified health issues will guide the development of targeted and sustainable strategies for a Community Health Plan tailored to the barangay’s specific needs, supporting future health initiatives and interventions.
