Hi! I’m Estelle, but most people know me as Telle. I’m the eldest in a family of five, a role that’s shaped me into someone responsible and caring. As the big sister, I’ve naturally taken on the role of a guide to my younger siblings—offering advice, helping them through challenges, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. Our family life is full of laughter, shared memories, and love—not to mention the joy brought by our four beloved pets: Scott, Max, Sky, and Basyang. They add a special kind of comfort and energy that makes our home even more alive.
Growing up in Davao City, I’ve always found inspiration in the little moments—whether it’s through bonding with family, exploring places like Tagaytay and Enchanted Kingdom, or excelling in my studies at Ateneo de Davao University, where I became a proud president’s lister. These experiences, along with my natural love for learning and helping others, led me to pursue a dream of becoming a teacher. I see teaching not just as a career, but as a calling—a way to guide others just like I do with my siblings.
Outside of academics and family, I make time for the things that spark joy and creativity in me. I love playing badminton to stay active and strumming my guitar to express myself. K-dramas are my go-to escape when I want to relax, while books, movies, and games feed my imagination and keep things fun. I’m also a fan of sweet and salty treats—donuts and fries are my favorites, best enjoyed with a refreshing glass of fruit juice. I adore the colors pink and brown, and if I could have one superpower, it would be teleportation—so I could travel to my dream destination, Japan, and beyond in an instant. Every part of who I am, from my family role to my hobbies and aspirations, is connected by one goal: to live with heart, purpose, and a passion for growth.
Someone who has truly left a mark on our journey as future educators—Dr. Eddelyn Gupeteo, or as we fondly call her, Ma’am Eding. She is not only a leading professor in the field of education, but also a mentor whose presence inspires, uplifts, and empowers. As the former Chair of the Teacher Education Department at Ateneo de Davao University's School of Education, her leadership reflects deep wisdom, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.
What sets Ma’am Eding apart is the way she teaches—with clarity, patience, and genuine care. She doesn’t just deliver lessons; she nurtures growth. In guiding us through complex tasks like webquest making and instructional planning, she made sure we understood the purpose behind the process. She helped us see the “why” before the “how,” always reminding us that teaching is not just about strategies, but about intention, creativity, and heart.
Ma’am Eding’s guidance is rooted in values that shape who we are becoming—integrity, excellence, and service. She sees our potential, even when we doubt ourselves, and encourages us to aim higher while staying grounded. Her words and presence remind us that being a teacher is more than a profession—it’s a calling. And through her example, we’re learning not only to be better students, but to be better human beings.
