Differentiate: to show or describe the difference between two people, ideas or events.
Prove: To give evidence either for or against a statement. You should always use text evidence and examples when proving a point.
Summarize: To give a brief statement of the main points of a person, event or idea. To summarize your restate the information you have learned into your own words and take out information that is not needed.
Trace: To follow or describe the steps. To show what happens in a sequence (a persons life, battle events etc.)
