Teach a Club

If you have a skill or activity that you enjoy, why not share it with our students by becoming a club leader?

Every session of Bright IDEAS, we are seeking new and interesting clubs to enrich the after school experience for our students. Some of our current clubs include: Chess, Tae Kwon Do, Lego Architects, Dungeons and Dragons, Fundamentals of Drawing, Sewing, and Tennis.

Club Leaders

Payment:

$40.00/Hour for Non-ACS Employees/Independent Contractors

Commitment:

A selected weekday between the hours of 3:30 and 4:30 for an 8 week period.

Requirements:

Must submit and pass a background check conducted through Asheville City Schools (ACS).

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement an enrichment activity based on your club description.

Supervise a group of students.
