The goal of the AP Statistics course is to prepare you for the AP Statistics test, college courses, and careers in the 21st century. The pace of the course is extremely fast, attendance is mandatory and homework is assigned regularly. To be successful in this class, you need to be a committed, disciplined, motivated and independent learner. If you are not the sort of student to regularly complete homework and study assiduously, then this course might not be for you. Please note: AP Statistics is a college-level course.
AP® Statistics COURSE AND EXAM DESCRIPTION
You will need a graphing calculator for AP Statistics. We recommend purchasing the Texas Instruments TI 84 Plus CE.

About Your Teacher
Mr. Jonathan Marck has 10+ years of experience as a high school teacher with schools in Japan, S. Korea, Canada, Niger, Sudan, Benin and Georgia. He holds a Master of Teaching from the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education, and has taught AP Statistics 3 times previously.
