Your child’s health—and the wellbeing of all students—comes first, and we want everyone to enjoy a safe and healthy travel experience.
Families are required to complete an Adventure Jordan Consent/Medical form (PowerSchool) for their child which contains space to list all medical needs for your child.
Parents must deliver all medication to school on our MEDICAL DROP OFF DAYS, so that nurses can prepare for Adventure Jordan:
- - Medical Drop Off Days
    - - Thursday, Oct 1st & Sunday, Oct 4
      - 8:30am - 3:00pm
      - ACS Health Office
Health Centre Director Ms. Hiyam Gammoh may contact families to follow up on information shared.
If your child is feeling unwell the day or night before Adventure Jordan (eg. vomiting, diarrhea, temp >37.5), please contact our Health Centre Director Ms. Hiyam Gammoh (07 9523 2221).
Any child that has been absent from school due to illness, or is unwell the night before, must check-in with Ms. Hiyam at the Health Office on the morning of travel for a check-up BEFORE they can get approval to travel with the group.

There is a registered nurse traveling with each trip
Nurses will oversee:
- - all health needs
  - administer all medication
  - follow up as required
Families will be contacted directly by the Health Centre Director if there is an injury or health concern.
