Your child’s health—and the wellbeing of all students—comes first, and we want everyone to enjoy a safe and healthy travel experience.

Families are required to complete an Adventure Jordan Consent/Medical form (emailed to all MS Families) for their child which contains space to list all medical needs for your child.

Parents must deliver all medication to school on our MEDICAL DROP OFF DAYS, so that nurses can prepare for Adventure Jordan:

    • • Thursday, Oct 2nd & Sunday, Oct 5

      • 8:30am - 3:00pm

      • ACS Health Office

If your child is feeling unwell the day or night before Adventure Jordan (eg. vomiting, diarrhea, temp >37.5), please contact our Health Director Ms. Hiyam Gammoh (07 9523 2221).

Any child that has been absent from school due to illness, or is unwell the night before, must check-in with Ms. Hiyam at the Health Office on the morning of travel for a check-up BEFORE they can get approval to travel with the group.
