Updates

Families can expect the following communication throughout Adventure Jordan

• Travel day updates

  • • Families will be informed when each group depart school, arrive at camp, depart camp and anticipated return to school

    • Families will be able to see these updates in the "Travel Day" doc below

• Evening updates

  • • The trip leads will share a summary about their day each evening.  This will likely not happen until 9pm as chaperones are busy with the children early in the evening.

    • These summaries will be shared in the "Evening Updates" doc below.

• Emergency contact

  • • Should there be any concerns for your child specifically, you will be contacted by either Billy Thomas (MS Principal),  Hiyam Gammoh (ACE Director of Health Centre), or the Trip Leader.

    • Please make sure your contact information in PowerSchool is updated with the best contact details for Oct 7 - 9.
