The main school Dining Hall caters lunch for Middle, Upper & High School students and all staff. It is also the main dining area used by our Boarding students for all their meals.
Lower School students (Grades 1 to 4) have a separate Lower School Dining Hall, apart from the Main Dining Hall, near their playground.
Early Childhood (upto Kindergarten) students eat in their classrooms within the Village area.
The HUB is an additional area managed by catering. The Hub operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM, except Wednesdays when it closes at 3:15 PM. It provides a convenient grab-and-go alternative to the dining hall, featuring smoothies, drinks, snacks, toasties, and club sandwiches.
This area is often used for parent coffee mornings as well as families waiting after-school to socialise and play in the nearby school playground.
During lunch hours, the Hub is exclusively available to Upper School and High School students.
PACKED LUNCH
Whilst some students purchase their lunch in the Dining Hall every day, others prefer to bring a packed lunch. Yet others will often mix and match, bringing a packed lunch on some days and purchasing meals in the Dining Hall on other days.
These were the lunch times in 2024-25; expected to continue for next year, although there may be a few tweaks.

To simplify managing your child’s catering account, we use ParentPay, the school's online payment system. Parents and guardians can easily add credit to their child’s catering account by logging into ParentPay, selecting the ‘catering’ option, and adding the desired amount. Once credited, your child can use these funds to purchase food from school catering.
To speed up service in the main school dining hall (Grades 5 and above), we use biometric and facial recognition scans during meal times. These scans will be set up during orientation day (as long as you have provided consent for these via your PowerSchool Forms)
For Early Childhood and Lower School students, we use the 'Fusion App' to facilitate lunch pre-orders. In August, you will receive an email with a sign-up and onboarding code. By logging into Fusion, you can pre-order meals for your child (It links to your ParentPay account and automatically deducts from your credit for lunches ordered).
Pre-ordering lunches is essential for these younger groups. It helps ensure your child receives their preferred meals and minimizes food waste.
In addition to the options available above, we encourage parents to send in snacks that the students can eat during busy break times. Especially useful in the early days of school as kids transition away from their holiday schedules to a regular school routine.
Snacks are essential for Lower School students who have specific snack breaks during the school day. We encourage healthy eating at all times and ask parents to consider the following when sending in snacks:
no nuts or nut products or sesame
restrict the amount of refined sugar
be aware of hidden ingredients in the ready-made food
limit processed food
no carbonated drinks
Middle School, Upper School, and High School students, who are more independently mobile on campus, are also able to utilize the Hub and the Dining Hall during their short morning break. This is where they can purchase hot grab-and-go breakfast items, drinks, and snacks. (Boarding families, please note, this service is not automatically included for Boarders, it is available to them at an additional cost).
