Likewise, for parents of Boarding students, kindly get in touch to let us know if you are not planning to attend the orientation day.
An Overview
All School Divisions have their orientations at varying times on the same day.
Starting times, locations, and schedules will be different for each group - please find relevant details for your Division/s included in the links below.
A Central Resource & Information Hub will be set up in the Main School Dining Hall; and all groups will have time allocated to visit this area. This is where the various school teams from Transport, Catering, ParentPay, Sports (PE kit samples), Performing Arts, Admissions, Student Services, Home Language Enrichment, PSO, and others will be available to answer any general schoolwide questions you may have.
All families will also be required to pick up their car stickers & parent lanyards from the marked T-Block office anytime during the day.
Refreshments will be available in the Dining Hall all day, and lunch for families who are here around lunchtime.
The updated campus map will help you locate all the locations. There will also be signs to help you on the day.

Boarding families
Please feel free to drop off your luggage in the Boarding House anytime starting 8 AM. There are two parts to your orientation on this day - please attend your scheduled Divisional orientation at the relevant times above, and complete registration and settling in at the Boarding House before or after that.
Boarding students are expected stay on at the Boarding House at the end of the day. Parents usually depart by 4 pm. Students have a full weekend of icebreaker activities planned, to help them settle in, before school starts on the Monday.
At the end of the orientation day, you would have met with your Divisional Principal & Assistant Principal, as well as some teachers and students. You will have received a tour of the campus, so hopefully students will have a good idea of where to go as they arrive on Day 1 of school. No problem if not, as there will be plenty of staff at the drop-off points in the first few days of school, and they will help direct the students appropriately. And, hopefully, you will have all your questions answered.
Your child would have also received their weekly schedule.
If you have any urgent unanswered questions after the orientation day, please email any of our divisional offices or reach out to anyone in the school / parent community.
You would have also collected your car stickers and parent lanyards. Please remember to always wear your parent lanyard when you visit the campus - this is an important part of the school safeguarding policy.
Roll on weekend, and the first day of school is on Monday, 18 August!
