Before you join us at school, we will require you to complete a number of tasks. These can be seen below:
Login to your Powerschool account
Sign-in details for PowerSchool SIS will be sent to parents via email and usually 1 week prior to your starting date.
For families starting this August you should expect your details early July.
For the in year admissions, you will likely receive it after you join the school and once your child has started to attend.
Complete your Family Forms
Once you have your Powerschool account login details, connect to this platform and complete your family forms to keep our school up to date with your details such as address, medical information and contact preferences in case of emergency.
Submit a copy of your chid's visa
Please provide a copy of your child's visa to the Admissions department (hilladmissions@acs-schools.com) prior to the first day of school. This document is mandatory in order to attend school and access our school premises.
Submit your latest school report(s)/ Transcript(s) - Grade 5 to 12 only
If not already submitted, please provide our faculty team with the most recent school reports (2024/25 school year) to Gabriella Grilli (ggrilli@acs-schools.com) prior to the first day of school
Submit your preferred Subject choices
From Grade 5 to Grade 12, submit your choices by August 1st, 2025 at the latest. Your Head of Year will contact you about it prior to your first day.
Register to our Busing Services
If you require using our busing services, please ensure you have reviewed all options available and contact our Transport Manager, Mrs. Rebecca Kearsey to hillingdontransport@acs-schools.com.
Check your School division section
Lower School, Pre-K to Grade 4 / Upper School, Grade 5 to Grade 12
Familiarise yourself with key team members of the faculty team and review if any supplies, device or PE Kit are needed to be purchased for your respective grade level(s).
Review Sport & Co-curricular activities available
Check various options available and reach out to the relevant departments to book your child(ren)'s a place after their first day of school.
Register to the Orientation day - Friday 15th August (morning session)
For starters at the beginning of the school year, a communication will be sent to your attention for our Orientation day, please make sure to attend!
Read our school Parent Handbook
A printed copy of the handbook will be given to you during Orientation. This document is a great support throughout your child's time at ACS Hillingdon!
Set up your Parent Pay account
Once you have received your activation letter from our ACS Finance department, please set up your parent pay account if you wish your child(ren) to have access to our school lunches.
Block your calendar
Mark down the key upcoming events for your child grade and/or division and ensure that either, if not both parents, attend. Another great opportunity to connect with our community, learn more about the year to come!

Our Parent School Organisation (PSO) will be a key partner your transition to our school, from connecting to your respective Grade(s) or local neighbourhood to sharing essentials tips to successfully engage with our various departments or during school-wide events.
Join your child's grade level group
We highly recommend you to join your Grade's WhatsApp group in order to connect with other parents and be kept informed of relevant events thanks to your parents representatives.
Label your child(ren) belongings
Mostly recommended for our Lower School students, for items such as clothes/shoes, bags and water bottles.
