Sign In Details
Sign-in details for PowerSchool SIS will be sent to parents via email and usually early July (for August starters) or up to a 1 week prior to your starting date for late admissions.
For Admitted students during the school year, you will likely receive after you join the school and once your child has started to attend.
Report Cards
Report Cards are scheduled to be available on the following dates via PowerSchool SIS:
Semester 1 reports: February 2026
Semester 2 reports: June 2026

Please note that the PowerSchool mobile App is NOT available in the UK.
A very important platform for parents to fill in information about the student (medical, dietary requirements, etc.) and his/her family (home address, emergency contact, car registration, etc.)
Please complete your Forms as soon as you join the school. The data can be updated as often as needed and as a minimum on a yearly basis.

Online Payment System for payments of school fees, catering, trips and other services/expenses.

Sign In Details
Parents receive activation letters from ACS Finance department to activate their ParentPay accounts.
You can add multiple children to your main account as explained in the letter.
Once activated, easily add funds to your catering account and make payments.

Sign-in details for Seesaw will be sent to Lower School parents via email after the school year has started and within the week you are in school for In-Year admitted students.

Our Upper School - digital learning management platform
Students and parents access classroom resources, assessment information and task-specific grades.

Sign In Details
Sign-in details for Managebac will be sent to Upper School parents by email after your child(ren) have officially started school us.
New parents receive a “Welcome to Managebac” email notice using the email address you have on record in PowerSchool. Here is a sample of what the email will look like (click here).
Please keep an eye out for this email in case it is directed to your junk or spam folder.
