STUDENTS: You are required to attend this contest both as a performer and a worker.
ADULTS
Attire is casual business (nice top with jeans is fine). AC/GC apparel is allowed. Please avoid loungewear.
Arrive EARLY and plan for a packed parking lot.
Check in at the Main Office, grab your VOLUNTEER lanyard, then go to your area.
Please help your replacements when they arrive so they understand what to do.
When you are finished with your shift, please return your VOLUNTEER lanyard to the Main Office.
FIRST SHIFT OF THE DAY
Arrive at 7:20 AM in the Main Office, check-in, then we'll have a short meeting.
LAST SHIFT OF THE DAY
AC/GC band students have been assigned areas to clean up & tear down, however, anyone working is welcome to help them! I know they'd appreciate it!
Office Personnel & Website Input will stay until the last event's rating is entered, the Outstanding Performance is entered, and all schools have left. At that time, we'll clean-up and put areas back together.
Center Managers will escort the judge to the main office, then return to their center to help clean-up.
Timekeepers & Warm-Up Room Managers will clean-up and put rooms back together.
Runner will go to every Performance and Warm-Up Center collecting music or belongings left behind.
Hospitality Room will clean-up at the end of their day (2:00 pm), then return anything left behind or borrowed to the main office.
STUDENT TEAR-DOWN ASSIGNMENTS
Tear down starts as soon as the center is finished for the day (times are approximate)
Center 1: 5:10 PM Center 2: 5:10 PM Center 3: 3:15 PM Center 4: 3:07 PM
BAND STUDENTS
Students are providing items for our Hospitality Room. Items have been designated so you know what to bring. Please have these items brought to the band room BEFORE 5:00 PM on Friday, April 11.
If students wish to have goodies for our homeroom they are welcome to bring extra items!
