Welcome to AC/GC High School! My name is Kyra Babcock, instrumental music director.

LAPTOPS

Judges have been asked to bring their own laptop. If you do not have one then AC/GC will provide one for you. All we ask is you notify Kyra Babcock prior to contest day.

CHECK-IN

AC/GC High School will open at 7:00 AM. You should plan to arrive between 7:30-7:45 AM.

Parking is provided in the main parking lot or if you'd like to avoid walking up lots of stairs the you'll drive around to the back of the building to park near the unloading/loading doors.

Please check-in at the main office where someone will bring you to your center. If you have arranged to borrow a laptop then you'll receive that there.

LUNCH

Your lunch is on us! The AC/GC Boosters will have a Pulled Pork Sandwich Meal for you to enjoy in our Hospitality room. Your Time Keeper will escort you to the cafeteria and the room.

The meal includes:

sandwich
baked beans
chips
bar or cookie

Refrigeration will be provided in the Hospitality Room (where you'll enjoy your lunch).

In addition, you'll be provided bottled water, coffee, and snacks throughout the day from our Hospitality Room.

CHECK-OUT

Come to the Main Office to:

Turn in pay voucher
Confirm Outstanding Performance Award (if you have one) - if a perfect score is not given, and no event is selected, make sure you have marked "none selected"
Make sure every event in your center has been adjudicated - scored or "scratched."
Return any music left in the room
Return materials on your desk

ACCOMMODATIONS

Reservations for judges wishing to stay for one overnight in the area will be made by the host school. IHSMA will pay for a single rate only; if spouses or families come along then they will will pay the difference at check-out. Judges will communicate their wish for accommodations as soon as possible.
