2.   Fill out your initial schedule, finalize your schedule & fill out ballots online

How to fill out the online ballot

After you login:

2. 1. 1. 1. 1. 'School Options'

            2. Scroll down to 'Solo_Ensemble'

            3. Scroll down to 'Schedule' then 'Enter Student Information'

            4. From there, click on what you wish to enter: Vocal Solo, Vocal Ensemble, Instrumental Solo, or Instrumental Ensemble

            5. Start entering information from there

            6. Hit the green Save button often (found in the top right corner). 

            7. Found on the far right column for each event are the letters 'S' and 'CO': those mean Scratch and Comments Only. Use those if you need to.

            8. To check if your ballot information saved, go to your finalized or initial schedule and look on the far right column to read 'Ballot Submitted." If it still says 'No Ballot,' then it didn't save. 

Here's what I've encountered entering info. - the system will bring you to an error page if you type too many words in the group name/soloist name column.

3.   Double-check you registered your musicians correctly (soloist vs. ensemble)  

4.   Report scratches

5.   Performing musicians must have their measures numbered for all music used

6.   Label music with your school name so we can return it if forgotten

7.   Follow all copyright laws

8.   Let me know of any equipment you need to use (percussion or electronic). Available items are pictured & listed under the EQUIPMENT tab.

CONTEST DAY

1. The building will open at 7:00 AM

2. Directors report to the main office when you arrive for:

• Sign-in 

• Receive your DIRECTOR lanyard

• Report additional SCRATCHES

3. The game gym is homeroom.  Store belongings and equipment here.  Please keep your area neat, and pick up your area before leaving.

4. NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE GYM

5. Buses unload and load at the back of the building. To park, they'll follow the drive around to front of building and cross the main drive to the parking lot.

6. HANDICAP-ACCESSIBLE doors (door #7) are the same as the unloading/loading doors.

7. WIFI is available with two options to login (to help with lagging):

8.   Locate your warm-up and performance centers

9.   Accompanists are allowed to "test drive" pianos beforehand, a few minutes before the scheduled performance, or between performances

10.  Results of the day will be posted online and outside the main office throughout the day

THE END OF CONTEST DAY

1.  Directors report to the MAIN OFFICE

• Turn in your DIRECTOR lanyard

• Pickup any judge's music copies left at the performance centers

2.   Grab all equipment and items brought along today

3.   Clean and tidy up your area in the gym

4.   BUSES load at the back of the building at door #7

5.   OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES:  The judge may select "None Selected" or choose their selection if a perfect score is awarded. Results will be posted online 

6.   Adjudication forms (ballots) and Awards Forms are found online.
