INITIAL SCHEDULE & FINALIZE SCHEDULE
Remember to complete your Initial Schedule online then FINALIZE prior to contest day. Initial schedules are ready for editing.
SCRATCHES
Made online before contest day. Additional scratches can be made in the main office as soon as you arrive.
WARM-UP ROOM
Performer(s) need to arrive 15 minutes before their performance time. They will receive 7 minutes in the room with the room manager knocking on the door with 1-minute remaining. The musician(s) will exit the room quickly and quietly at that time.
OUT-OF-ORDER PERFORMANCES
The judge will be kept busy, and the center will NOT wait for the next scheduled performance to arrive/warm-up if someone else is waiting and ready. If performances are performing out-of-order the judge needs to know that before the performance begins so they have the correct form brought up on their computer.
First Priority: participants appearing in order
Second Priority: participants who have missed their scheduled time will take the earliest scheduled participant first
Third Priority: participants wishing to perform in advance of their scheduled performance time.
LARGE GROUP ENSEMBLES
The schedule places these groups at specific times UNLESS requests to change have been made.
Percussion Ensembles begin at 8:00 AM
Brass Choirs beginning at 10:15 AM
Woodwind, Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone Choirs beginning at 1:00 PM
Vocal Small Choirs beginning at 3:15 PM
CONTEST SCHEDULES
AC/GC will not print schedules of the day for spectators. Please be sure to provide your school's performance events and times to your spectators.
