Students will see a map that indicates their home and their neighborhood school will appear in yellow
Students DO NOT need to apply to their neighborhood school-it is guaranteed.
Schools will be white if students are eligible to apply and gray if they are not eligible.
Eligibility for select programs like Selective Enrollment and IB schools, are based on
NWEA Scores: the highest: spring (2018), fall (2019), or winter 2019 NWEA MAP scores
Grades: first and second quarter grades, and final grades from last year (7th grade)
Selective Enrollment Exam Score
Many students may be for Selective Enrollment because of the flexibility for NWEA scores and grades; however, it is important to investigate the likeliness of getting into those specific schools by using the selective enrollment calculator to help.
