High school is an important time of life by setting the stage for your upcoming journey beyond Casas. Simply choosing a high school down the street or "because you know it's a good school" may work in some, but definitely not in all (or advised).
The key to choosing the best high school for you means...
Understanding what you and your family value about your future experience
Learning about the various options available so you can make the best choice for you
Holding yourself accountable for communicating to your family, school, and self in the decision process
Asking for help & looking for answers so that you are confident in your decision.
Don't stress! We're here to help find the best fit in high schools for your family.

What is important to you and your family when it comes to choosing a high school?
Be sure to think and discuss some of the following questions or topics with your family as you explore and apply to schools.
How will you get to school? Walking or public transportation; should the school be close to your home?
Are you interested in a specialized program? (Ex. graphic arts, medicine, teaching or child care, military, architecture, STEM, journalism, computer science, etc.)
Graduation rate? College acceptance rate?
Extracurricular Activities or Opportunities? (Ex. specific sports teams, theater, art, foreign language, speech & debate, robotics or STEM club, etc.)
