Macaroni and cheese
one chopped onion
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup flour
3 cups milk
cheese of choice
noodles
season to taste
Chop onion and sauté it with the butter until golden or clear.
Add flour and stir until golden.
Add milk and cheese. Simmer
Add noodles
