Millie Jennings Scholarship

The Millie Jennings Choral Music Award is a scholarship that is awarded to one exceptional graduating senior who has been an active participant in the choral program throughout his or her time at Williams High School. Kimi Smith has been a dedicated member of my choral ensemble, musical productions, and Homecoming Shows nearly every semester of her time here at Williams. Her time in the Vocal Music Department has been filled with solos, duets, and small group roles. She took on lead roles in our Musical Revues and Homecoming Shows, as well as taking on the daunting task of learning to be a stage manager in my theatre class. The level of growth, passion, and determination that Kimi has exhibited in the past four years, both as a person and as a performer is utterly astounding. It is without a doubt, that she deserves this recognition and this scholarship.
