Start a New Project & title it 'Musical Meditation'.
File > New > Software Instrument > Create
Spend time brainstorming about what kind of 1-minute meditation you would like to create? A soothing meditation; one that energizes you; a sleep-inducing meditation; one for focusing?
What Musical Elements/Sounds/Instruments could you use?
What kind of Dynamics (volume) would help express the mood of your Meditation?
*OPTIONAL: Record yourself, or someone else speaking as a Mediation guide.
Create your own project with at least 4 different tracks, including any loops and/or tracks recorded by you. Make sure one of the tracks/instruments is a Synth.
Use Plug-ins on individual tracks to help shape the overall sound & mood (Reverb, Echo, Compression, Arpeggiator, Panning, EQ - see tutorial video below)
In the main window of Logic, scroll all the way to the right & drag the small, grey arrow in the top-right over to where your song ends.
Take a screenshot of your project (shift ⌘ 3).
Bounce (⌘B) the entire project to audio/m4a.
Add the m4a audio file to your Elec Music Folder in your Drive.
