Over 200 calories per item/container (no exceptions)
Additionally, each item must meet ONE of the following:
Be a fruit/vegetable/dairy/protein/ whole grain item
Or contain one as the main ingredient
Contain 10% DV calcium/potassium/Vitamin D/ Dietary Fiber
Combination food containing at least ¼ cup fruit/vegetable
Fruit or Vegetable Juice:
Must be over 50% juice
