Get photos of:  The whole group, the chair individually, the digital leader individually. 

Share names of chair and digital leader with Mike.

Introduce pupil participation scale and discuss with the group.

Brainstorming initial ideas

Mr M will run a training session with the digital leaders following the first meeting to add them to the shared drive and the Site.  The digital leaders should then upload the photos of the group, the chair and the digital leader.  

Finalising ideas/begin planning

Group to predict what level of pupil leadership they think they will manage to achieve for each of their improvement ideas. 

Digital leader to notes from the meeting to update the description of each of  the improvement ideas and add the appropriate image for their leadership level prediction.

Reviewing/evaluating the improvement/change brought about.  -We will have made changes to the school after we put up our posters and do our presentation this is because after we do these things people in our school will be more aware and more casious around roads.

Group to identify which level of pupil leadership they managed to achieve.  Digital leader to add the image to the site beside the improvement idea. -I think that we achieved a 4 as we had the ideas and Mrs Tosh tweaked them slightly.

Identify legacy leaders and photograph. 

Identify legacy actions, digital leader to update these actions and photographs to the site in the legacy section.
