Our Houses

At Mile End, all children are allocated into a house. House points can be earned by children for good behaviour, helping others, completing excellent work and for many other reasons. These points are added up across the school each week and there is a House Points Board which is updated with these weekly points.

Our houses are lead by our Primary 7 house captain and vice captain teams. We also have prefects who help support the house system in school.

The primary seven's have to make an application and they are then awarded the position. They help to organise key school events and help with the collection and adding up of points - of course they also do their best to encourage their houses to earn as many points as they can!
