Loirston School, in collaboration with the Parent's Council, are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a summer disco on Thursday 25th May.  

Timings for the disco are as follows:

• P 1 - 3: 18:00 - 19:00

• P 4 - 7: 19:15 - 20:15

There is a slight change in format of the P1-3 disco and more information is contained within the following google form: Summer Disco 2023 - Google Forms   We would ask that this is completed to give us an indication of numbers but please note that payment will be taken on the night of the event.

There are a couple of points that we would like to highlight to ensure a safe and fun disco for all:

🎟️ Every child will receive an emergency contact form home. Please ensure your child has this on entry to the disco. Without emergency contact details they will not be able to gain entry to the disco. Emergency contact forms will be shredded at the end of the night. (Spare forms will be available at the door for those that need.)

⛔️Please note that parents will not be allowed into the hall at drop off, so please ensure that children attending the P3-P7 disco have their pennies beforehand to buy tuck if they wish. Parent helpers will assist children.

🚪On collection, please enter via the main door, collect your child from the hall and exit via the Red Unit - this is to keep traffic flowing in one direction only.

❌Children will not be allowed to leave the hall without an adult. Older children who are permitted to walk home themselves must provide a letter stating this.
