Holy Family RC School office is manned between 8am and 4pm Monday-Friday during term time.
We can be contacted by telephone (01224) 454918. Select option 1 to report a pupil absence and option 2 to speak with the office. You can also leave a voice message. Please keep in mind that the office is usually busier first thing in the morning and immediately after school.

School will use Groupcall as a means of communicating with parents. The majority of information is circulated by email. Text messages will only be sent to the main contact on file. Please make sure that the office has your most up to date email and mobile numbers, along with emergency contact details for your child.

Parents are sent two Pupil Progress report during the school year. One is an interim report which is circulated during Term 2 and a final end of year progress report in Term 4.
School will hold 2 parent appointment evenings during the school session.
We have an online booking system in place, which enables parents to selection and appointment time.
Our staff are all very approachable. If you have any queries or concerns regarding your child, please contact the school office in the first instance.
We will pass all messages to staff who will call you.
Due to staff being class committed during the school day and overseeing children coming into and out of school, we respectfully ask that you do not engage with staff regarding concerns about your child at these times.
