Enhanced Transitions

Pupils who have been identified as requiring an enhanced transition will participate in additional visits to the academy. These visits allow pupils to meet with the Support For Learning team at the academy, as well as the opportunity to go on a school tour and ask any questions they may have. 

A team of youth workers are assigned to each of the ASG primary schools, as well as Hazlehead Academy. They provide targeted support for specific pupils on transitions. This can continue into secondary school as necessary.
