Spring 2020 Tournament
A2 STEAM will host a state-wide tournament for Grades 4-8 students TBD.
If you are interested in participating, please fill out the Registration Form below.
Please Bring: Water bottle, cleats, light and dark shirts, $5 & forms
Tourney Fee: $5 per player to cover field rentals and snacks
Snacks provided: Bananas, bagels and peanut butter/jelly, water
Forms: Forms listed below are REQUIRED in order to play.
- Concussion Form (signed by BOTH parent & student)
- A2 Ultimate Waiver
Bananas will be provided as a snack to all participants.
Bagels will be provided as a snack to all participants.
Peanut butter and jelly will be provided as a snack to all participants.
Water will be onsite, but please bring a water bottle!
