Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy

You will receive an email by 2PM on the day of practice if ultimate will be canceled due to heavy rain and/or thunderstorms. An announcement will also be made at A2 STEAM over the PA system prompting kids to call home to make other arrangements, if necessary. This website will also be updated in the event of an inclement weather cancellation.

Please make sure your student knows the plan for getting home in the event practice is cancelled.

Ultimate practice WILL happen in a light rain, so make sure students are dressed and ready!
