You have an AAP agreement with a usage quota that expires every month. You have a username and password and agreed rates based on frequent usage.

To access your account details, clicking the person icon at top right of the website and select Account (you must be logged in).
From this page, you can edit your contact user details, review company account details, update your password and view your AAP Photos account manager’s contact details.

Click the Reports (barchart) button in the left sidebar then click View Quotas.
The quota breakdown is unique to each account and displays download quantities based on your agreed contract source groups.

Keeping track of your downloads
Click the Reports (barchart) button in the left sidebar to review recent downloads.
Enter a date range to review details of downloaded assets including ID, download date, description, usage type and size.
Reports can be exported in PDF or CSV format.
