Lightboxes

Lightboxes allow you to save your selections when researching, before purchasing or downloading assets. Lightboxes are only available to registered users and are unique to each user.

Every user starts with one lightbox, but you can have as many as you want. The lightbox menu gives you options to create a new lightbox or change the active lightbox.

Create a lightbox

• Click the lightbulb button in the left sidebar to open the lightbox management page
• Click the New Lightbox button and enter a name. Names of lightboxes are case sensitive and must be unique
• You can also create a lightbox on-the-fly using the Selected Items menu in search results.

Rename a lightbox

Your default lightbox will be named the same as your login.

• Click the lightbulb button in the left sidebar to open the lightbox page
• Click the pencil icon on the desired lightbox and enter a new name.

Delete a lightbox

• Click the lightbulb button in the left sidebar to open the lightbox page
• To delete a lightbox click on its bin icon and confirm the removal. NB: you cannot Undo this action.

Add items to a lightbox

• Add an asset to your active lightbox by clicking the Lightbox button on the thumbnail
• To add multiple items at once, select the items by clicking the checkmarks, then choose the lightbox name from the Selected Items menu
• Change the active lightbox by selecting one from the menu at top right of search results.

Remove items from a lightbox

• Click the lightbulb button in the left sidebar to open the lightbox page
• Click a lightbox to view current contents
• Click the bin icon to remove items, they will remain in view until you refresh the page
