All schools have OWL's that can be checked out for a variety of uses including instruction, meetings and conferences. Contact your media specialist or school tech for information about checking out an OWL at your school.

The OWL should beplaced in the room with the Teacher, this will allow any students that log into the virtual class to see the entire classroom. It is not necessary for the students to have an OWL.

To record a meeting with an Owl, use the recording feature built into the conferencing application Meet, Teams, etc.).
For best results, place the OWL in the middle of a table or center of all in person meeting particpants. For best audio quality, everyone should be within 15 feet of the OWL.
