Anne Arundel County Public Schools is excited to announce that we have an online option for the Emergency Card that we collect each school year. This will allow you to update your child's emergency information and to update information to the contacts associated with your child. To access the Online Emergency Card Form, you will need to follow these steps:  

1. Open your web browser and navigate to Emergency Card Verification Form 

2. You will need your student's AACPS student identification number (The 6-digit code they use to log-in to the computer and purchase lunch).This number is in the subject line in the confirmation of enrollment email. 

3. You will need your student's birthday MM/DD/YYYY (you must use the proper format for the date, or it will not work). 

4. Refer to the pin information in your "Confirmation of Enrollment" email from Mrs. Johnson to complete the form

5. Please note that you will need to complete an Emergency Card Form for each of your AACPS students.   

IMPORTANT REMINDER REGARDING EMERGENCY CARDS:

Checking "Contact Can Pick Up Student" for an emergency contact, does not grant permission for that contact to pick up a student without prior authorization of the legal parent/guardian unless it is truly an emergency situation and a parent/guardian cannot be contacted.
