The Employee Referral Bonus Program (ERBP) is developed to award the recruitment efforts of all employees and non-employees. Any employee/ non-employee who successfully refers an applicant for an open position will receive a referral Bonus as detailed below:
An employee/ non-employee may be aware of persons, who may be interested in new career opportunities. Employees/ non-employees are encouraged to refer such persons to Youngsoft for hire as an employee. Youngsoft will pay a referral bonus to any Youngsoft employee/ non-employee or group for the referral of a prospective employee, who will be hired by Youngsoft.
All permanent and temporary-Technical open positions that are posted are eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus.
Employees/ non-employees are eligible to receive the Employee Referral Bonus, with the exception of Company executives, employees in the Human Resources Office, Technical Recruiters, individuals referring their own direct or indirect reports into their own department, and the hiring supervisor of the open position.
There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee may provide.
Referrals for candidates currently employed by Youngsoft, permanent, or temporary employees who have left Youngsoft during the last twelve (12) months will not be eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus.

The procedure for the Employee Referral Bonus Program is as follows:
The referring employee/ non-employee must submit the candidate’s resume to the Human Resources Department or Technical Recruiter/s. Referrals will not be accepted, if a resume or application has been submitted directly by the applicant or by an outside agency or previously by any other employee.
Generally, employee/ non-employee will receive a referral bonus of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500) for each case. However, for specific information on each case about the referral bonus amount and the payment schedule of this bonus, consult the Human Resources Manager. When the referred hire has completed one (1) month of active service, the referring employee/ non-employee will receive $500.00, after three (3) months of active service, $1,000.00, and the balance of $1,000 on completion of six (6) months.
W2 employees will receive payments through payroll.
Non-employees will receive payments through checks, with no tax withheld. A 1099 will be issued at the end of the year.
All referral bonus amounts are subject to federal, state and local taxes, which may be withheld and are reportable by Youngsoft to the Internal Revenue Service.
In the event of any disputes, all final decisions will be made by the Human Resources Department.
The general referral bonus is $2,500 in total, occasionally a referral bonus amount may be adjusted higher or lower depending on the position. This is left to Company's discretion.
Any referral program listed on a job posting will supersede this policy.
