Integrity is all about the individual. Integrity is being complete and sound. Integrity comes from knowing yourself, your capabilities, and your limitations. Integrity involves having an ethical code of your own, acting consistently with the code, and admitting to yourself when you have not met that code. Integrity is too often confused with honesty. Integrity is much more.

What does it mean to you?
Do you admit your faults to others?
Do you practice what you preach?
Are you willing to tell people what you really think?
Do you take care of yourself?
Do you have a moral code?
Do you follow your moral code?
When is the last time you stopped yourself from doing something you knew was wrong?

Why not make a difference?
Why not?
