In the book Why Not Blame Drew?, Drew makes an inference about donating money to a charitable organization. We intend to follow through on it, but it is dependent upon selling books. Here are details:

Send an email to fancy@yellowkayak.org with the following information:

1. Your name
2. The book number from the book Why Not Blame Drew?. The book number is found on a sticker on a page somewhere in your book. Keep track of what page you find it on for the next step.
3. The first word from the page the book number was found on. This is to ensure that people do submit requests without getting a book.
4. The name of the children's charity you support
5. The website of the children's charity
6. ONE sentence summarizing the charity

Requirements

• The suggested charity must be an organization with a primary focus on children up to age 18
• The suggested charity must be a 501c(3) organization based in the United States of America
• Only one submit per book is allowed. The first submission received for a given book number with the proper key word will be considered the valid submission for that book.
• All communication must be sent to fancy@yellowkayak.org. Any other communication (including, but not limited to phone, in person, other yellowkayak.org email addresses) regarding this donation will be grounds for not considering your submission. Please understand that we need to be able to best manage our resources. Managing all communication through this email address is the best way for us to do that. Thank you for complying to this requirement.

Selection Process

The selection process will not begin and payment will not be made until at least 500 valid submissions have been received. Only one donation will be made. We reserve the right to make selections from the submitted requests based on any criteria. The selection will be made at the sole discretion of Yellow Kayak, LLC. The donation will be made by Yellow Kayak, LLC. Yellow Kayak, LLC and Drew Bixby make no other claims or promises. This is not a legally binding agreement.
