Wyoming Model

The Wyoming Model will consist of two cycles of Inquiry - one in the first semester and one in the second.

The First Cycle will look as follows:

• Self-Assessment (due by September 22, 2023)

• Growth Plan (due by September 22, 2023)

• Meeting with Administrator to begin inquiry cycle

• Observations:

• 1-2 (minimally) 15-20 minute observations

• Administrators releases observation within 48 hours

• Noticings and Wonderings

• Teacher Response (within 48 hours)

• Specific Feedback (within 48 hours)

The Second Cycle will look as follows:

• Mid-Year Conference (completed in January 2024)

• Shift Growth Plan/Focus areas if needed

• Observations:

• 1-2 (minimally) 15-20 minute observations

• Administrators releases observation within 48 hours

• Noticings and Wonderings

• Teacher Response (within 48 hours)

• Specific Feedback (within 48 hours)

Summative Evaluation (Early June 2024)...specific timeline will be communicated in second semester
