Student Growth Data

Student Growth Data represents 40% of a teacher's overall evaluation.  The following grade level measures will be calculated as noted below to comprise the 40%.

Student Exemptions will be flexible with a common understanding that exceptions should be limited within 5%.  Exceptions can be made in excess of 5% in consultation with an administrator.  Students who have 10 or more absences within a semester, or 20 absences total for the full academic year shall be excluded.

• 10 or more absences per semester

• or 20 or more combined semester absences for year courses

• Daily Attendance Schools:

• 20 or more absences for the year

Building Scorecard (state measure) will default to an "Effective" rating due to the absence of state data.
