Arguably the best Park team in history. Games were sold out the night before the contests. Ticket lines would go from the athletic office down the hall to the parking lot in the snow early in the mornings once tickets went on sale. Fans had to show proof they lived in Wyoming to get purchase their two tickets. Viking Drew Neitzel's senior season earned him the title of "Mr. Basketball" as well as a conference, district, and regional champion. The Viking's went all the way to the Final Four and are the only High School team to sell out the Breslin Center at Michigan State for the semi-final game against Detroit Renaissance. Nationally ranked Detroit had what was considered one of the best rteams in the history of the State and survived their closest game of the year by The Park. Besides Drew seniors Cameron Dampier and Justin Sherrod as well as junior Micah Chappell were named all-conference. 23-4
