The report can assist greatly the safety of occupants by providing flood protection and flood resilience measures of the site. It also includes recommendations to remedy damaged or leaking pipework and highlight issues with environmental concerns and contaminated run-off.
Flood Risk Assessment & Analysis; Level 1
An initial desk top study is carried out using ordnance data and local flood information obtained from the relevant bodies such as the responsible water authority, EA or SEPA and local councils. The information is analysed and presented in a detailed format. The report will also include a summary of the CCTV inspection and a map showing clearly the drainage network; recommendations are provided that can suggest solutions to reach the next stage.
Flood Risk Assessment & Analysis; Level 2
This report includes: the findings from the desk top study; a CCTV summary; drawing showing clearly the drainage network and flooding hot-spots; The validation the desk top study and photographs; a brief recommendation of remedial works.
Flood Risk Assessment Analysis & Management; Level 3
This report includes: flood level and pathway when information is not available for an FRA (Flood Risk Analysis); Flood level and flood pathway flood risk assessment; a Flood map; Environment mapping and data is verified for accuracy; detailed recommendation of remedial works. Target price for remedial works can also be provided by request.
