Compete and submit the registration form below to reserve you seat at the November 8th & 9th Good, Better, "Best" Appraiser Workshop. Please keep in mind the workshop is limited to only 15 attendees. The cost of the new two day workshop is now only $650.00, and includes two complete days of individualized onsite appraisal instruction and simulated on-site inspections in the 10,000 square foot auction gallery of the Potomack Company in Alexandria, VA.
As the profession and markets change, continuing education programs are becoming more and more important to qualified appraisers. Soon there will be new education requirements for qualified appraisers from the Appraisal Foundation. Proposed qualification for appraisers include "Credentialed appraisers are required to obtain seventy (70) hours of continuing education during each five (5) year period preceding credential. Twenty (20) hours of which must be in coursework related to valuation theory." Our workshop will dedicate part of one full day to valuation theory, the first class of it's kind.
The workshop is scheduled for November 8th & 9th at the Potomack Company gallery at 1120 North Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. The programs will run from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm.
