Summer reading/work...There is an optional reading assignment that is posted on the school website. Reading one of Carl Haissen´s Ecology themed books (Hoot, Flush, Scat, etc) and creating a flipbook. Why not start off next year with some extra credit???
In the fall we will start with Ecology, which we would be wrapping up now had we not been interrupted. We will be creating a photojournal, pictures of ecology vocab words, such as habitat, ecosystem, population, abiotic factor and many more. Take pictures over the summer...if you got some good pollinators and other outdoor pictures this spring, they may be great for this, so do not delete them yet!!!
