Tips for Running the Mile
Tips for running the mile without walking:
Be prepared
Wear shoes that you can run in and have them tied.
Wear clothes that you can run in, keep in mind you will get hot as you run.
Prepare your mind
If you think you can’t you won’t.
Have a goal. Your goal should be run further before walking than the time before.
While running
Don’t start too fast. It’s not a race.
Limit talking while running it uses oxygen and it makes you breathe harder.
Give good effort, it takes work.
