4. Why are the lateral ventricles enlarged?
- The mass is compressing the 4th ventricle (yellow arrow). Because of this compression it is causing obstruction of CSF flow. The lateral and third ventricles are enlarged as a result
5. What is the differential diagnosis for this abnormality?
6. Is this an example of communicating or non-communicating hydrocephalus?
